Message from Head of School
It is my privilege to extend a warm welcome to Rising Star Secondary official website and use it as a forum to introduce Rising Star and its entire family to you. We are an energetic, inspired and lively family providing secondary education to boys and girls by fostering their desire to learn and support them in discovery of their dreams as responsible and productive citizens.
We have reputation of transforming students from ZERO to HERO and with all the confidence I am proud to tell you that we are unique school and thus we are the school of choice. Our uniqueness can be proved in our three main things
- Academic excellence – NECTA Results from 2012 to-Date we have been leading regional to national wise
- God fearing – We are strong Christian faith driven school with full awareness of who we are and whose we are that’s why we are more than conquerors! We are of course open to students of all religious persuasion.
- Life skills – We empower students with skills to explore their God given gifts and take dominion of wherever they put their feet and whatever they put on their hands. This is done in “Beyond Classroom Department” through career planning, inspirational/motivational talks and books, talents clubs etc
It is our heart desire to build a child in holistic approach, which we are confident that he/she will turn to be extraordinary as a professional, a mother, a father, and a blessing to the universe. In so doing we engage our esteemed parents, professionals like motivational speakers, pastors, priests, political leaders and all types of role models to ensure that these mighty boys and girls of valour are achieving their full potential and leave this planet a better and safer place. “Life of legacy” is our cornerstone.
